Grantmakers for Children, Youth, and Families (GCYF) engaged LFA to design and implement an organizational development process that will further their ability to recruit and retain members, strategically develop programming, and fundraise to support the organization’s work. As part of this process, LFA is conducting a Member Survey to gauge current member interests and areas of focus for future GCYF programs and services.

Grantmakers for Children, Youth & Families (GCYF) has engaged LFA to conduct their 2006 Member Survey as a follow-up to the 2004 Member Survey that LFA also conducted. The 2006 survey will not only provide information on the interests and funding priorities of GCYF’s members, but will also help GCYF better understand the effects that its services, such as its learning circles, colleague clusters, annual conference, and publications, have had on its members’ work.
