The National Alliance to End Homelessness (NAEH) has recently released its “Ten Year Plan to End Homeless.” In order to end homelessness, the NAEH is promoting the “Housing First” approach to serving homeless families. The NAEH has contracted with LFA to develop, in partnership with the Interaction Institute for Social Change (IISC), a training curriculum and materials to prepare nonprofit organizations to implement a Housing First program in their communities. In addition to the curriculum and materials, LFA is developing an implementation plan to guide the roll-out of the Housing First training.
