In order to understand achievement towards key outcome objectives, LFA conducted a two-year program evaluation for this employment training program sponsored by JVS. Evaluation methods include participant interviews and focus groups, key informant interviews with program staff and employers that have hired program graduates, and analysis of program satisfaction survey data.
