Strategic Assessment and Evaluation of the Transatlantic Community Foundation Network (TCFN). LFA partnered with Community Planning and Research LLC in this research project to assess the functioning and impacts of the Bertelsmann Foundation-sponsored Transatlantic Community Foundation Network (TCFN). The TCFN includes provides a forum for representatives from community foundations in North America and Europe to share best practices and work together to advance the community foundation field internationally. Our evaluation provided process and outcome information about Phase I of the TCFN and feedback and guidance for Phase II planning.
