Starting in the fall of 2003, LFA began a process of designing and facilitating a Strategic Planning process with San Jose Grail Family Services (Grail). The process for developing the three-year Strategic Plan for Grail includes, convening and facilitating a Strategic Planning Task Force, conducting a brief organizational diagnosis/needs assessment, interviewing stakeholders, reviewing old plans, and facilitating meetings of the board. After completion of the initial Strategic Plan, LFA will conduct annual reviews and updates of the plan to changes in Grail’s strategic opportunities.
