Read LFA’s study on the organizational capacities that are critical for successfully scaling social impact. Based on case studies of nearly 30 highly effective social entrepreneurships around the world, this study identified seven critical scaling capacities: mission, leadership/governance, structure, culture, model, data, and resources.

LFA announces the launch of our fifth Client Satisfaction Survey conducted by independent, third-party evaluator, Leslie Bell. Just as our clients hire us to evaluate their services so they may more effectively serve the community, we also believe in using data and analysis to improve our services in the social profit sector and aid us in meeting and establishing our company goals. We are looking forward to hearing feedback from our clients so that we may better serve them.
